How to Send a Parcel

You can send a parcel to loved ones abroad without visiting the office. You send it to our address in New York with any courier service — and we take care of the international delivery.

How it works

  1. Prepare and pack the parcel for the recipient.
  2. Send it to our New York address via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  3. We receive the parcel, assign a tracking number and, after payment, forward it to international transit.
  4. You track the delivery online all the way to hand-off.

What to include

Include an envelope with a sheet listing:

  • Full sender details: first and last name, US address, phone, email.
  • A CN23 customs declaration with a full inventory of the contents, quantities and value.

Paying for delivery

The easiest way to pay for delivery is via Zelle. Once payment is received, the parcel is sent to international transit and you get access to online tracking.
