Starting April 1, 2024, parcels with a value of up to $200 per recipient can be sent to Kazakhstan duty-free (with no limit on the number of parcels per month). The maximum parcel weight is 66 pounds (30 kg). Sending medicines and dietary supplements is prohibited. No box dimension may exceed 150 cm (59 inches). The sum of the length and the maximum girth of the perimeter must not exceed 300 cm (118 inches). Each parcel is insured by our company for $60.00. Additional insurance is 5% of the insured value.
